Opt-outs, unsubscribe and consent

What we do when someone opts out, and what remains your responsibility.

Open a person’s page and choose "Ask for preferences". They are emailed a link.
To ask a whole cohort, open the cohort and choose "Ask this cohort for preferences". People with no email address, or who have opted out of email, are skipped.
